Kapuly Dauletkerei (1977) – aytysker, poet. Honored Worker of Culture of Kazakhstan. Laureate of the International Literary Award "Alash", Laureate of the State Youth Award "Daryn". Chairman of the city branch of the Union of Writers of Kazakhstan, Nur-Sultan.

Dauletkerei Kapuly was born on August 9, 1977.

From 1995 to 1999 he studied at the Philological Faculty of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. After graduation in 1999-2005, he worked as a teacher at the Department of Kazakh Literature of the Eurasian University, 2000-2002. He was a master's student at the L.N. Gumilyov ENU, in 2015 he graduated from the doctoral program of this university. In 2006-2008 he was a teacher, deputy dean for Academic Affairs of the Faculty of Kazakh Philology of KazNPU. Abaya .

In different years he held the following positions: specialist of the Department of Culture of the Akimat of Astana (now Nur-Sultan), editor-in-chief of the literary and educational magazine "Altyn Tamyr", deputy director of the publishing house "Foliant" in Astana (now Nur-Sultan). Participated in international aitys dedicated to the 60th anniversary of Bayan-Ulgey district of Mongolia, the 200th anniversary of Makhambet Utemisov, the 100th anniversary of I. Baizakov. The winner of the Grand Prix of republican competitions dedicated to the 300th anniversary of Dauletbai batyr, the 150th anniversary of Sh. Kudaiberdiyev.

He took first place in the competition of Kazakh akyns-aityskers in Moscow, took part in the republican aitysker competitions dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the Kazakh-Turkish University. Khodjaakhmet Yassavi, the 200th anniversary of Kenesara Kasymov in Kokchetav, the 70th anniversary of the newspaper "Kazakh Literature", the 90th anniversary of Malik Gabdullin.

In 2000, he won the main prize of the Republican Competition of writers and poets named after A. Ibrayev, announced by the magazine "Zhuldyz", the Grand Prix in the category "Poetry" of the III International Festival of Creative Youth "Shabyt", the main prizes of the republican competition of writers and poets dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Ayagoz district. He took first place in the republican contest "Ulytau Ulagaty - the history of the nation", second place in the republican contest "Within freedom".

The poems of the poet Dauletkerei Kapuly were published not only in Kazakh, but also in Russian ("Heavenly Milestones"), Azerbaijani ("Yenı qazax seırı antologıası"), Spanish ("Antologia de la poesia kazajia contemporanea"). The poet's works were included in the 10-volume anthology of Kazakh poetry. Many works have been published in collections of poems by Kazakh poets. The poems and epics of Segiz Seri Bahramuly (Mohammed-Kanafiya) belong to the pen of Dauletkerei and are published in the capital's publishing house under the name "Almaz". He wrote an informative book about the hero of the East Turkestan National Liberation Uprising, Ospan Batyr Islamuly. Dauletkerei is a compiler of books by talented writers and playwrights E. Askarova "Zhurekzhardy", "Armanymnyn ak kusy", "Shygys zhuldyzdary" (2 volumes), Sh. Abenova "Shyngystau".

Kapuly Dauletkery is a laureate of the 8th Karazolan International Poetry Festival of Turkic Peoples in Adana (Tarsus), Turkey, a two-time laureate of the state scholarship. Awarded medals: 10 years of Astana, 25th anniversary of Independence, "Kazakh language of the highest degree" of the International Society "Kazakh Language", is the holder of the Order of Freedom of the Democratic Party of Mongolia. Chairman of the city branch of the Union of Writers of Kazakhstan, Nur-Sultan.
