Talgat Yeshenuly (1974) - poet, journalist

ishepTalgat Yeshenuly was born on October 15, 1974 in the village of Tarbagatai of Ayaguz district of Semipalatinsk region (now East Kazakhstan region)

In 1991-1996 he studied at the Faculty of Journalism of KazGU named after Al-Farabi. In 1996-1998 he worked in the newspapers "Zaman - Kazakhstan", "Zhas Alash", in 1998-2004 in the Ministry. In 2004-2005 he worked in the newspaper "Zhas Alash". In 2005-2008 he was the editor-in-chief of the newspaper "Zhas Kazak". In 2008-2009, he was the head of the sector in the Presidential Administration.

Since 2009, the first deputy chairman of the Nur Otan party.

Winner of competitions named after Zh.Nazhimedenova, T.Aibergenova.

Winner of the festival "Shabyt" in 1998.

Winner of the presidential scholarship in 1999. Winner of the youth competition "Daryn" in 2006.

Zhaksylykov Aslan Zhameluly (1954) – writer, doctor of philology, professor

He was born on 9 April in the Samara village of East Kazakhstan oblast. In 1971 he graduated the Samara secondary school. In 1972-1974 he served in the Soviet Army. In 1979 he graduated the philological faculty of the Kazakh State University named after S.M. Kirov. Since 1979 to 1990 he worked as a teacher of the Kazakh State Women's Pedagogical Institute. Since 1990 associate professor of the Kazakh literature, since 2000 - Professor of the Department of Kazakh literature, since 2005 professor of literary translation theory and creative writing at the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi.
He is an author of numerous scientific publications on the Kazakh literature and literary theory. These works were written by him over the years mainly in the Kazakh language. Textbooks and readers «Workshop on Kazakh literature history» (2001), «Kazakh literature» for 9th grade Russian school (2002), «Bibliographic Guide to Theory and Practice of Translation» (2007), «Readings on the practice of literary translation» (2008), «Workshop on literary translation» (2011), «Actual problems of literary translation and the development of Kazakh literature» (2011), «The work of the writer and the creative process» (2013), «Literary translation and literary process» (2013). Research: «Prose of M.O. Auezov 20s and 30s years» (1984), «The philosophy of unity and self-control» (1994), «Religious motives in literature» (1998), «The images and ideas motifs with religious richness in the works of Kazakh literature» (1999). A collection of essays «To the Origins of Love and Beauty» (2003). The monograph «Comparative typology of images, motifs with religious richness in the works of Kazakh literature» (2012).
His first collection of short stories and novels «The window overlooking the street» was published in 1987, «The philosophy of unity and self-control» (1994), «Ahmed Yassavi Awakening» (1996), «Religious motifs in fiction» (1998), «The images, motifs and ideas from the religious richness in the Kazakh literature» (1999), «Singing stones» (1997), «Dreams accursed» (2008), «To the origins of love and Beauty» (2005).

Zhakenov Zamanbek (1930 - 1996) - writer.

Zamanbek Zhakenov was born on September 4, 1930 in Tarbagatai district of East Kazakhstan region.

In 1932, his parents moved to the village of Aktas, Dorbilzhinsky district of the East Turkestan region.

After graduating from high school in 1947, he entered the military school for officers in Kuldzha.

In 1954 he graduated from the Urumchinsk Higher Party School.

In 1955, he returned to Kazakhstan, worked as a worker and later as the head of the library.

From 1963 to 1968 - Head of the department, deputy editor of the newspaper "Ekpindi Enbek" in Zhambyl district of Almaty region.

From 1968 to 1990 he worked in the State Committee for Publishing, Printing and Book Trade of the Kazakh SSR.

The first poems and short stories were published in periodicals in 1955
