Akhaev Andrey Vasilyevich (1970) - educator, scientist, practitioner, specialist-valeologist, public figure.
He was born in the village of Praporshchikova, East Kazakhstan region. After graduating from EKSU with a degree in "Physical Culture and Sports", then he defended his PhD thesis (Barnaul, Russian Federation). Physical education teacher, coach of the Kirov secondary school, Praporshchikova village, Glubokovsky district, East Kazakhstan region. Candidate for Master of Sports in athletics. After defending his doctoral dissertation (Karaganda, RK), he was a member of the Dissertation Council for the defense of candidate and doctoral dissertations (Astana); he was the developer of many educational projects, including the Republican Concept of 12-year secondary general education in Kazakhstan; the State Educational Standard on "Physical Culture" and "Health Pedagogy".
Has practical experience in both secondary and higher education. In his native university, he went from a teacher to the first vice-rector. For several years he worked as the First Vice-Rector of the East Kazakhstan Regional University (Ust-Kamenogorsk).
Since September 2010, he has been a full member (academician) of the International Academy of CONCORDE (France); President of the Kazakh-French FIDJIP-EUROTALENT CONCORDE Center (Ust-Kamenogorsk).
Director General of the Republican Scientific and Methodological Center for Valeology of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Ust-Kamenogorsk. Initiator-developer of the republican pilot project "Valeologization of the educational process in the school system", initiator of the opening of more than 10 experimental schools on this issue. From December 1999 to January 2002. General Director of the East Kazakhstan Regional Center of Valeology; Scientific director of the State Institution "Valeological Specialized School-complex for gifted children";
Author of more than 120 scientific papers, including two monographs, 37 textbooks, 6 author's certificates.
He was awarded the Diploma of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the honorary badges "Excellent Student of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan", "For merits in the development of Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Order of Lomonosov of the Russian Federation for merits and great personal contribution to strengthening friendship, scientific cooperation between Russia and the Republic of Kazakhstan.
