Netisov Vladimir Nikolaevich (1937-2013) – writer, journalist, photographer

He was born in the Chesnokovka village of the Pervomaisky district of Altay Territory. Since 1972, he lived in the Cheremshanka village of the Glubokoe district of East Kazakhstan oblast, he worked as a graphic designer at the poultry farm. Since 1976, he published essays and short stories about the nature of the magazines «Plenty», «Fire», «Young Naturalist», «East», in the newspapers «Rudny Altay» «Lenin change». He is the author of the books «Date with Nature», «Knots» (1984).
He was awarded a number of certificates and diplomas of regional, national, national and international exhibitions and contests.
