Alihanov Mubarak Islamuly (1884-1929) – the parish steward, the chronicler

He was born in the Sibinsky district of Ust-Kamenogorsk County, Semey (now East-Kazakhstan) region. He received Russian education. He collected chronicles. He collected and made Kazakh chronicles which was written by Toktamysh Khan, retained under the name «Mubarak shezhіresі». In 1928 he was exiled with his family to Kygyzstan, but he secretly returned to his homeland in 1929. Alihanov descendants live in Kyrgyzstan. He died in 1929 in Ulan district of East Kazakhstan region.
