Tugel Sadybek (1955) – writer, publicist, member of the Writers' Union of the Republic of Kazakhstan, academician of the Academy of Humanities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, teacher, public figure.

He was born on February 23 in the village of Amangeldy, Ulan district, East Kazakhstan region. Graduated in absentia from the Faculty of Journalism of KazGU named after S.M. Kirov (1982). After serving in the army (in Germany), he worked as a locksmith at the Alma-Ata cotton spinning factory, a correspondent translator for the Ulan district newspaper "Rastsvet - Orken", an instructor of the organizational department of the executive committee of the District Council of People's Deputies, first secretary of the Ulan district Committee of the LKSM of Kazakhstan, head of the organizational department of the Ulan District Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan. After graduating from the Almaty Higher Party School, majoring in political science and sociology, he worked as chairman of the People's Control Committee of the Ulan district, editor-in-chief of the Ulan district newspaper "Ulan Tany – Ulan Dawns".

In 1994 he was transferred to the office of the Corporation of Television and Radio of Kazakhstan, in 1998 he was approved by the first press secretary of the Akim of Astana (then Akmola).

Career history: Chairman of the People's patriotic movement "Menin Kazakstanym", Secretary General of the Republican Federation of National Equestrian Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Head of the International Press Center of Astana, Director General of the Information Agency "Astana Dauysy", Head of the Department of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since January 2006 he has been engaged in creative and social activities: chief editor of the republican popular science magazine "Kazanat", First Vice-President of the Association of National Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, President of the Federation of National Equestrian Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Editor-in-chief of the magazine "Kulynym" (2010) about the traditions and rituals of the Kazakh people.

Author of 17 books. The book "Kazanat" (co–authored with K. Rakishev) is the winner of the international competition "The Art of Books" (Moscow, 2006), recognized as the best book of Kazakhstan in 2006. Author of two documentaries, about 1000 essays and articles. The author of music and lyrics, has 14 copyright certificates of the VAAP. Project initiator: Socio-cultural social movement "Uly dala kyrandary" (Heroes of the Great Steppe) and the Museum of Glory of the Great Steppe.

He was awarded the highest title "Kazakstannyn enbek sinirgen kayratkeri", twice a Letter of Thanks from the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Astana medal, winner of the Grant of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of journalism (2008), the Seidakhmet Berdikulov Award in the field of sports journalism.

Honored Coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Honorary Worker of Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, honorary citizen of Ulan district, Professor of L. Gumilev ENU.

Winner of the grant of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the national award "Halyktyn suyiktisi" - "People's Favorite of the Year" (2017).

Head of the Republican Center "Parasat Zholy" of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
