Begalin Sapargali (1895-1983) – poet and prose writer, translator, literary critic
He was born in Abralinsk district in the Degelen village.
He studied from mullah when he was 7 years old.
In 1911 Sapargali entered the Kazakh-Russian seminar for children from poor families, which was opened by teacher-educator Nurgali Kulzhanova. In 1915 he graduated the Kyrgyz-Russian school.
Begalin began literary career as a poet. The first poem was published in 1914 in the journal «Aikap». The lyrical-romantic poems and the poems «Falcon Place» (1943), «The Mysterious Source» (1963). Poem «Winged Kazakh» (1947) is dedicated to the Hero of the Soviet Union Nurken Abdirova. Many stories and novels, addressed to children «Ermek Apple», «Satzhan», «Young branch», «Teenager», «School friends».

Beisenov Zhabail (1935) - poet, composer.
He was born on November 9, 1935 at the foot of the Zhaiyr Mountains of the Tola district of the Tarbagatai Region of the People's Republic of China (People's Republic of China). From 1935 to 1942 he was brought up by his parents, from 1943 to 1951 he studied at the secondary school of the Tola district. In 1957-1961 he studied at the Pedagogical Institute of Urumqi in XUAR at the Faculty of Languages and Literature. After returning to Kazakhstan in 1962, he worked as a teacher at the Zharbulak secondary school in the Urdzhar district of the East Kazakhstan region until 1997.
Jabail Beisenov is the author of seven poetry collections such as "Auyl auenderi", "Altyn besik auylym", "Alakolim ayaulym", "Kungeyim menin", "Balalyk kyzyk, bal kunder", "Tasadagy tuma" (state order), "Zhyrlaydy zhyldar". The author of more than 10 songs known to the people: "Dostyk tolgauy", "Urzhar valsi", "Urzharym kutty meken", "Zhas ulgayyp", "Batyr baba", "Shapanai sazy", "Kungeyim menin", "Auylym", etc.
Being a teacher at school, Jabail Beisenov organized a literary circle "Baspaldak" ("Ladder"), thanks to which many famous modern poets came out: Aizharyk Abilkasymov, Almakhan Omarova, Dauletkhan Tastanbekov, famous journalist Aidarkhan Mukhamedkarim.
He was awarded the "Certificate of Honor" by the akim of the Urdzhar district and the regional Department of Education. He has the title of "Excellent Student of Public Education" of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Honorary citizen of Urdzhar district.

Bekov Orynbek (1898-1937) – writer, poet, literary critic
He was born in Semey province. He graduated from a two-year school, he worked in a factory as a laborer. Since 1928 he was an editor of the Alma-Ata newspaper «Tilshi», and from 1930 to 1937 he was a director of the Kazakh Drama Theater.
He is an author of critical articles of the Kazakh art.
His stories and poems were published on the pages of national newspapers and in the magazine «New literature». Topics collectivization Kazakh village, the problem of the Soviet power is reflected in the collections of journalistic articles «A drop of blood for the great goal» (1926), «How we won the Civil War», «For the sake of a great cause», «What is the Sovietization of the village», «Hinds , join the Union» (1928).

Beisenova Sharbanu Konakbaikyzy (1947) – journalist, writer, translator
She was born on 14 October in the Talapker village of Ulan district of East Kazakhstan region. She graduated boarding named after Zhambyl in Ust-Kamenogorsk and then Kazakh State University named after S.M. Kirov (now Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi).
Her first works were published in the regional newspaper «Flag of Communism» (now «Didar»), in the republican journal «Women of Kazakhstan». She worked as a literary employee, head of department of the magazine «Culture and Life» (now «Parasat») in 1968-1980. She was a head of department of the journal «Women of Kazakhstan» in 1980-1997. She works chief specialist of information and archives of committee of the Ministry culture, information and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the editor of applications «The world of books», the newspaper «Kazakh literature».
Sharbanu Beysenova is the winner of the international literary prize «Alash», honored worker of Kazakhstan, a member of the Writers' Union of Kazakhstan.

Berdin Esentai (1894-1967) – akyn, educator
He was born in the village Kokbay of Abai district of Semey (now East-Kazakhstan) region. In 1905-1910 he studied at the Madrasah in Kokbay, in 1911-1914 he studied in Semipalatinsk Russian-Kazakh School, in 1918 he studied at the teachers' courses at the regional land management, in 1921 in Kazakh Pedagogical College. His book «Example youngest» was published in 1918. Since 1928, he was a head of the school in Karauyl. During this period he wrote the poems «Employee», «October», «Pride», «Painting the village», «The Nature of Kazakhstan» and etc. He was convicted on false charges for 10 years in 1937, re-sentenced to 10 years in 1949. He was released in 1956, the last years of his life he devoted to creativity.
