Kaletaev Darkhan Amanovich (1972) - statesman and public figure

He was born on October 14, 1972 in the village of Priozernoye, Tarbagatai district, East Kazakhstan region.

Graduated from East Kazakhstan State University in 1994, historian;

In 1997, he graduated from the National Higher School of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Candidate of Political Sciences. From 1995 to 1997 - Specialist of the 1st category, leading specialist of the Committee on Languages under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan, leading, Chief Specialist of the State Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan on National Policy, Deputy Head of the Department of Coordination of Language Policy of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty; 

From 1997 to 2001 - Head of the Youth Policy Department of the Internal Policy Department of the Ministry of Information and Public Consent of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana (now Nur-Sultan);
