Shagyr Kairbek Semeygazievich (1972) - poet, journalist, member of the Union of Journalists and Writers of Kazakhstan.

Kairbek Shagyr was born on December 16, 1972 in the village of Akbulak, Abyralinsky district of East Kazakhstan (formerly Semipalatinsk) region. In 1997, he graduated in absentia from Al-Farabi Kazakh State National University, Faculty of Journalism. During his studies, he began his journalistic activity as a literary worker, senior correspondent of the newspaper "Zhangyrgan Abyraly".In 1996, he was hired as a correspondent of the republican scientific and pedagogical journal "Kazakhstan Mektebi" in Almaty, in different years he held the positions of editor of the department, executive secretary.In 2002, he was appointed editor-in-chief of the newly opened journal "Tarbiye Kuraly" and held this position until 2011. Then, on his own initiative, he initiated the opening of the magazines "Shanyrak serigi", "Zhas sportshy". Participated in the translation of hundreds of documentaries and feature films into Kazakh in the translation department of the agency "Khabar". In 2014, he became the editor-in-chief of the publishing house of the Kazakh State Women's Pedagogical University. Translated foreign poetry into Kazakh. Kairbek Semeygazievich is a member of the Union of Writers and Journalists of the Republic of Kazakhstan. During his work, he was awarded the badge "Excellent Student of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan", Honorary diplomas of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Culture. At the Republican Song Contest (2006), in the international competition "Daraboz-2015" he took first places. He wrote the poem "Uly Tenor" about the famous singer Amir Kashaubayev.
