Nesterov Alexey Vasilyevich (1951-1997) – journalist, poet, novelist, member of the Union of Journalists of the Republic of Kazakhstan

He was a doctor by training. Journalism became his second profession. Correspondence, sketches, poems of Nesterov is often printed on the pages of newspapers Semipalatinsk «Irtysh», «Voice of the People», «Spectrum», «Word», «New Word» and others. He is also the author of many humorous stories, which were published in national publications «Bumblebee», «Caravan». Later they made a collection of the author's «Buffoon of Semey».
