Igibaev Sovetkhan Kabdualievich (1941-2021) - Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor, corresponding member of the Academy of Higher Education of Kazakhstan.
Igibaev Sovetkhan Kabdualievich was born on November 11, 1941 in the village of KzylTas, Kurchum district, East Kazakhstan region. His childhood was spent in a large and friendly family. Kabduali's father worked on a collective farm, Kainzhamal's mother is a housewife. After graduating from Terekty-Bulak secondary School in 1959, Sovetkhan Kabdualievich Igibaev entered the 1st year of the historical and philological faculty of the Ust-Kamenogorsk Pedagogical Institute. While still a student, he began to do research work. He was distinguished by inquisitiveness, purposefulness, interest in the history of the region, perseverance in comprehending the basics of historical science. After graduating from UCPI in 1963, S.K. Igibayev worked for several months as a history teacher at the Kalzhir secondary school of the Markakol district of the East Kazakhstan region and then was drafted into the Armed Forces. After completing his military service, he worked as a history teacher in the Samara district of the East Kazakhstan region, an instructor of the Samara district Executive Committee. In 1970, S.K. Igibaev was invited to teach at the Ust-Kamenogorsk Pedagogical Institute. From the first days of work at the university, Sovetkhan Kabdualievich joined the research work. Having chosen the problem of the private gold industry of pre–revolutionary Kazakhstan as a scientific study, he successfully passed the candidate's exams in philosophy, a foreign language - English, which he had to comprehend almost independently, the history of the USSR and in 1974 successfully defended his PhD thesis on: "Private gold industry of pre–revolutionary Kazakhstan 1833-1917" in the specialized council of the Institute of History, Ethnography and Archeology of the Academy of Sciences of the Kazakh SSR. His research and teaching activities were distinguished by a high scientific level and versatility. Sovetkhan Kabdualievich was interested in the problems of the ancient history of Kazakhstan – the formation of human society on the modern territory of Kazakhstan, the periodization of the history of Kazakhstan, socio –economic relations of Kazakhstan at the turn of the 19th – 20th centuries and much more. The result of his painstaking, tireless creative work was the defense of his doctoral dissertation in 1991 in Almaty on the topic: "Industrial workers of pre–revolutionary Kazakhstan: numerical composition, position (1861-1917)." S.K. Igibaev is the author of more than 87 scientific papers. His articles on the composition, number, and level of employment of the population outlined new approaches to the study of historical and demographic problems. Of particular interest in the scientific community was his work "Nomadic peoples of the Northern Black Sea region in the stories of Ancient Russia (10th-12th centuries)", published in Almaty, by the publishing house "Gylym" in 1994. A lot of work was done by S.K. Igibayev on writing a "Standard program on the history of Kazakhstan: for students of historical specialties". This program was the first in the Republic and recommended for publication by the Department of Higher Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 1995, then supplemented and republished in Kazakh and Russian in 2000. An important feature of this program is that it covered the "white spots of the history of Kazakhstan". The problems of socio-economic history of Kazakhstan, culture and education, population issues were actively developed under the leadership of Sovetkhan Kabdualievich by his masters, graduate students, applicants. In 1996, participating in a research competition, Sovetkhan Kabdualievich won a 3-month internship at Stanford University in the USA. Work in the archives of the United States, meetings, exchanges of views with historians from overseas allowed us to replenish scientific baggage. The unique materials brought from the archives of Stanford University are now used by its masters and graduate students. A deep researcher, scrupulous and thoughtful publisher of sources, Professor S. K. Igibayev conducted research on topical issues of historiography and source studies of the history of Kazakhstan, being the head of the Department of History of Kazakhstan.
For conscientious work, Sovetkhan Kabdualievich was awarded the Order of "Friendship of Peoples" (1981), the medal "10 Years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (2001), the badge "For Merits in the development of Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (2003), the medal "Eren enbegi Ushin" (2005), "Honorary Worker of Education" (2009), winner of the Abai Gold Medal (2018).
Died in May 2021.

Igibayeva Ainagul Kurmashevna (1953) - Professor of the Department of Pedagogical Education and Management of S. Amanzholov EKSU, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, corresponding member, academician of the International Academy of Sciences of Pedagogical Education, academician of the International Academy of Psychological Sciences.
She was born in the village of Bel-Karagai, Katon-Karagai district of East Kazakhstan region. In 1975 she graduated from the Kazakh State Women's Pedagogical Institute with a degree in "teacher of Russian language and literature". She began her career in August 1975 at the Ust-Kamenogorsk Pedagogical Institute (now EKSU named after S.Amanzholov) as a deputy. secretary of the Komsomol committee of the university. In 1977, she moved to work as a teacher at the Department of Komsomol and Pioneer work. She has passed the professional path from teacher to professor. She defended her PhD and doctoral dissertations. The topic of the candidate's thesis: "The history of the formation of primary education in Kazakhstan 1917-1941. The topic of the doctoral thesis: "Genesis and trends in the development of the education system in Kazakhstan in the late 19th-mid-20th centuries.". In different years, she held administrative positions in the structural divisions of the university: head of the department, head of the department of the College of EKSU, Vice-rector for Educational and Methodological work, Currently professor of the Department of Pedagogical Education and Management of EKSU named after S. Amanzholov. Under her leadership, candidate's and master's theses were defended. The author's school of Professor A.K. Igibayeva is represented in all regions of the republic.
Main scientific direction: pedagogy, history of pedagogy, ethnopedagogy, pedagogical psychology. Author of about 190 scientific and methodological works, including monographs, textbooks, textbooks (Russia, France, China, MNR, Czech Republic). She completed foreign internships in the Czech Republic, (Prague, 2012) under the program "Management in education - European models of educational process management in higher education, Germany (Dyuseldorf, 2013).
Ainagul Kurmashevna is one of the authors of the monograph "Cultural Heritage of East Kazakhstan".
State awards: badges "For merits in the development of science of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (2009), the title "Honorary Worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (2007), "Best university teacher" (2012).

Ismailov Marat Bazaralievich (born 1947) - Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Corresponding Member of the Academy of Sciences, retired Colonel, Director of the department of JSC "National Center for Space Research and Technology".
Marat Bazaralievich was born in 1947 in the village of Urjar, Abai district of East Kazakhstan region. Since childhood, he has been interested in the heavenly world and the cosmos. At school, the teenager Marat actively participates in aircraft modeling and rocket modeling circles, physics and technology circles organized by a young drawing teacher from Ukraine Ivan Ivanovich Mirgorodsky.After graduating from the Krupskaya Secondary School, he entered the Faculty of "Preliminary Design of Aircraft" of the Tomsk University of Physics and Technology of Russia. After graduation, he studied at the Institute of Chemical Physics of the USSR Academy of Sciences in Moscow, designing a solid-fuel rocket engine.In 1972, he began working as a specialist at the main laboratory of the defense enterprise in Kazan. After working for two years, he entered graduate school at the Department of Rocket and Artillery Design of the Izhevsk Mechanical Institute and defended his thesis in 1976. The topic of the dissertation is "New design methods with the theory of propellant charges of missiles and artillery weapons". The dissertation council consisted of twice Hero of Socialist Labor, General, world-famous machine designer M.T. Kalashnikov, academician of the USSR A.M. Lipanov Ismailov Marat Bazaralievich perfectly defended the topic of his dissertation before the prestigious commission.In 1979 he moved to Almaty. It was difficult to find a job in the specialty. Marat Bazaralievich is getting a job at the Kazakh State University as an associate professor of the Department of Chemical Kinetics and Gorenje Processes. Thus, he began to study chemistry at a professional level.Due to the change of scientific direction and research, a new topic "New technology for the formation of refractory ceramic materials" has appeared. He and his colleagues developed a new material called "Furon" and began publishing it in Kazakhstan. The material was exported to the USSR, Cuba, Germany, Belgium, Italy and China.In 1992 he defended his thesis in Moscow and received the title of Doctor of Technical Sciences. After gaining independence, Marat Bazarlyevich returned to aviation and space.In different years he worked as the head and professor of the Aktobe School of Civil Aviation named after Talgat Bigeldinov (1994- 1997). Vice-Rector of Aktobe University named after Zhubanov (1997-2005). Headed the scientific and technical institutions of the National Security Committee of the National Company "Kazatomprom".
He has been working in the space industry of Kazakhstan since 2005 as the chief engineer of the Special Design and Technological Bureau of Space Technology of JSC "National Company". Today he is the director of the branch of JSC "National Center for Space Research and Technology" in Almaty.
For his contribution to the development of Russian-Kazakh cooperation in space, the Russian Space Association awarded M. B. Ismailov with the Medal named after academician V. Glushko, He is the owner of more than 150 scientific papers and more than 50 patents, copyright certificates for inventions.

Iskakov Akhmedi Iskakovich (1910 - 1996) - Doctor of Philology, Professor of Linguistics.
He was born in the Abay district of Semipalatinsk (now East Kazakhstan) region. After graduating from the Almaty Pedagogical Institute, he worked as a teacher at the Kazakh Pedagogical Institute, director of the Institute of Language and Literature of the Kazakh SSR Academy of Sciences and the Research Institute of Pedagogical Sciences of the Ministry of Education of the Kazakh SSR, head of the Lexicography Department of the Institute of Linguistics of the Kazakh SSR Academy of Sciences.
Author of more than two hundred scientific papers on the history and current state of Kazakh linguistics, theory and classification of parts of speech, grammar (morphology), vocabulary and lexicography, teaching methods. Main works: "Morphological structure of the word and nominal parts of speech in the modern Kazakh language", "Grammar of the Kazakh language: (Morphology)", "Modern Kazakh language: (Morphology)". Under his leadership, the preparation of a ten–volume "Explanatory Dictionary of the Kazakh language" and "Dictionary of Abai's works" was carried out.

Казыханова Батиш Рахимхановна (1929-2016) – культуролог, философ, доктор философских наук, профессор.
Родилась 14 марта в 1929 г. в Абайском районе Восточно-Казахстанской области.
Окончила Казахский государственный университет им. С. М. Кирова (ныне КазНУ им. аль-Фараби, 1952), курсы повышения квалификации преподавателей общественных наук при МГУ (1953).
После окончания курсов Батиш Рахимхановна работала преподавателем КазГУ (ныне КазНУ им. аль-Фараби, 1953-1954). После чего была старшим преподавателем Чимкентского пединститута (1954-1957). Также Казыханова Батиш работала старшим преподавателем КазГосЖенПИ (1957-1961). Батиш Рахимхановна была аспирантом, младшим и после старшим научным сотрудником Института философии АН Казахстана (1961-1968). С 1968 г. Батиш Рахимхановна являлась заведующим кафедрой марксизма-ленинизма, заведующим кафедрой, профессором кафедры социально-гуманитарных наук Алматинской государственной консерватории.
Награждена медалями, Ветеран труда и Труженник тыла (1941-1945), Почетной грамотой Верховного Совета КазССР, заслуженный работник высшей школы КазССР.
Автор книг «Роль художественного наследия в эстетическом воспитании народа» (1965), «Эстетическая культура казахского народа» (1973), «Возьми в дорогу красоту» (1985), «Пути в мир прекрасного» (1990), более 50 научных публикаций.
Скончалась в 2016 г.
